The fourth generation InDaX® Solar elements replace traditional roof materials and take over a double function: provision of clean, solar energy and a safe roof covering. Special properties characterize the in-roof module system:
- A specially developed frame was optimized for module ventilation – of each individual module – and condensation drainage. This guarantees high energy yields
- The specially hardened glass of the solar elements provides an extremely high resistance against weather conditions such as rain, hail snow or wind burdens
- Tried and tested technology and easy installation – in new buildings, in roof renovations and in the upgrading of existing buildings
- An easy and fast installation is ensured by a minimized number of components and a low total /system weight
- The modules are tested to withstand an increased surface load of up to 550 kg per square metre. It is matter of fact that they will comply with legal stipulations regarding fire protection requirements, IEC 61215 ed.2 and IEC 61730
- SCHOTT Solar quality: in internal test sequences the modules are tested twice as long as required (as compared to the IEC standard)
