To manufacture wafers, the ingot, which is grown by melting and crystallising high purity silicon, is subsequently cut  during the blocking process into  “bricks,” and then processed into wafers. Our wafers have a low breakage rate in the cell production.

By using  top quality raw materials,  plus our crystal growth know-how, an industrial scale continuous ingot crystal growth is achieved.

State of the art technology is used in our silicon brick manufacturing process, enabling us to deliver a high quality product whilst achieving minimal cutting losses. Our manufacturing process includes a fully automated 100% inspection of the wafers, this is carried out under our thorough, certified quality assurance system.
