
The SCHOTT Solar facility in Albuquerque is the first in the U.S. to produce receivers used in parabolic-trough, utility-scale, concentrated solar power (CSP) plants, and the first in the world to produce both receivers for CSP alongside photovoltaic modules.
The 200,000-square foot facility represents an initial investment of over $ 100 million. With that SCHOTT Solar has created over 300 jobs in the Albuquerque region.
